We chose this location intentionally. A boutique med spa belongs in a neighborhood that feels personal, not in a strip mall or medical office park. When you visit us, you can grab coffee beforehand, walk in for your appointment, and browse Sutter Street shops on your way out. Free street parking makes it easy.

Who We Are

Seven Medical Aesthetics was founded by registered nurses Anna Gardner and Michaela Fox. Not aestheticians, not business investors who hired providers. Working RNs with advanced aesthetic training who built this practice because they believe injectable and aesthetic treatments should be delivered with medical expertise and genuine patient care.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Kayla Milano, provides physician oversight for all treatments. This means every injection, every treatment plan, every clinical decision has the backing of both RN expertise and physician supervision.

Our Approach: Conservative, Clinical, Personal

We’ve built our reputation on an approach that might sound counterintuitive for a med spa: we’d rather do less.
Conservative dosing is our standard protocol. We start with measured amounts, assess your results at a complimentary two-week follow-up, and add more only if you want it. We can always add more. We can’t take it away if we over-treat on day one.
The result? You look like yourself, just refreshed. Friends notice something is different but can’t pinpoint what. That’s the goal.

Patients from the Palladio and Broadstone area are just a few minutes away. If you’re coming from East Bidwell or the 50 corridor, Sutter Street is a quick turn off Folsom Boulevard.
