For this treatment, we focused on improving under eye skin quality using platelet rich plasma (PRP). The under eye area is one of the thinnest areas of skin on the face, which is why crepiness, fine lines, and hollowing can become noticeable over time.
PRP works differently than traditional fillers.
Rather than adding volume immediately, platelet rich plasma stimulates collagen production and cellular repair within the delicate under eye tissue. Over time this helps improve skin thickness, soften fine lines, and gradually reduce the appearance of crepey texture and hollowing.
We performed this treatment at our medical spa in Folsom, CA on Historic Sutter Street, just across the street from Sutter Street Steakhouse.
- TREATMENT: PRP under eye rejuvenation

- PROCEDURE: A small amount of blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to isolate platelet rich plasma. The PRP is then gently injected under the eyes to stimulate collagen, improve skin thickness, and support cellular repair
